She's the one who reminds us that yarn isn't free (shocking, we know) and somehow makes sense of all those receipts covered in yarn fuzz. When she's not crunching numbers, Penny enjoys long walks through craft store clearance sections and has never met a coupon she didn't like. Her motto: "A penny saved is a penny earned... for more yarn!"

Stella examines every single stitch with the intensity of a detective solving a crime. She's the reason your plushies arrive looking absolutely perfect – no wonky eyes or loose threads get past her eagle eyes. Stella has been known to restart entire projects because "that ear was 2mm too small." She takes personal offense to anyone who suggests that "close enough" is good enough.

Iris is where all the magic begins! She's the visionary who sees a dragon in a ball of green yarn and a unicorn in that sparkly rainbow skein. Always sketching new designs on napkins and coffee-stained paper, Iris has more ideas than there are hours in the day. She's single-handedly responsible for the ever-growing list of "patterns I definitely need to try" and has strong opinions about color combinations.

Patti ensures every plushie goes out into the world wrapped with love (and probably too many protective layers, but better safe than sorry!). She's mastered the art of fitting oddly-shaped plushies into boxes and has a suspicious addiction to cute packaging supplies. Patti treats every package like it's carrying precious cargo – because it is! She's also our official customer service rep and genuinely gets excited about every happy customer message.
